Localization tools
To begin, I started to localize Mozilla Firefox using Mozilla Translator (the site seems to be experiencing problems at the moment). I localized all the text and created an XPI, but not without a LOT of massaging and editing. I noticed after installing the XPI, that some of the string weren't localized.I racked my head trying to figure out what I did wrong or did not do. With some careful detective work, I figured out that some of the files when they were in the folder in the JAR were not getting picked up.
Then I found out that Mozilla Translator is broken when it comes to Mozilla Firefox. (I can't find the page where it is claimed that Mozilla Translator is broken.) So, I decided to create my own.
I used it to finish the Tagalog transalation of the UI text. I haven't translated the help, yet because I'd like to rework the tool before letting others use it... That is if I decide to release it.
